How to Create a Payout on Streamflow
Creating a payout on Streamflow is quick and intuitive. Follow the steps below to set up your first batch payment — whether you’re sending funds to one person or hundreds at once.
Step 1: Connect Your Wallet
Visit the Streamflow app and connect your wallet to get started.
Step 2: Open the Payout Dashboard
From the left sidebar, select Payouts to open your payouts dashboard. This is where you can create, manage, and track all of your outgoing payouts.
Step 3: Click “Create New”
Press the Create New button to begin setting up your payout. You’ll have three options for adding recipients: Import from File (CSV), Add Manually or use our template for CSV.
Step 4: Add Recipients
You can add recipients either manually or in bulk using a CSV file.
Option 1: Add Recipients Manually
Fill in the following fields for each recipient:
Recipient's name*
Wallet address*
Token*
Amount*
Tag (Optional)
Each field marked with an asterisk (*) is required. Tags can be used to categorize payments (e.g., “Marketing,” “Developers,” “Advisors”).
Option 2: Import from File (CSV Upload)
For batch payouts, you can import a CSV file containing all recipient details.
Click Import from File.
Select the token you’ll be sending.
Upload your CSV file. Each row in the file should follow this format:
Amount,Wallet address,Name
Make sure the file is properly formatted to avoid parsing errors.
Alternatively, you can paste data directly into the text area using Paste Data:
Paste recipient details directly into the field.
Separate values with commas or spaces.
Ensure each recipient appears on a new line.
Example:
3000,5SEpbd...gDw,Streamflow
2500,3kN9fB...xyz,Finance
Step 5: Review Your Payout
Before sending, review all recipient details to ensure accuracy. Confirm the total token amount, verify addresses, and check tags or tokens if applicable.
Step 6: Save as template
Save as template for future payouts. Choose a name and proceed.
Step 7: Execute the Payout
Click Pay to execute your payout. Approve the transaction in your connected wallet to complete the process.
Once approved, Streamflow automatically processes all payments in the batch.
