Countries and Regions with Access Restrictions
The following countries and regions are subject to restrictions:
People’s Republic of China (encompassing all areas under its jurisdiction)
FATF-listed jurisdictions (as specified by the Financial Action Task Force for AML/CFT deficiencies — https://www.fatf-gafi.org/en/countries/black-and-grey-lists.html
Sanctioned jurisdictions (including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and certain regions in Ukraine such as Donetsk and Luhansk)
Restricted jurisdictions where decentralized finance applications are prohibited or heavily regulated (including but not limited to Venezuela, Iraq, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Mali, Nicaragua, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America)
This list is subject to change and may be updated to reflect global regulatory shifts. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with these restrictions.
Usage Prohibition
Individuals who are residents of or currently located in any of the aforementioned countries and regions are prohibited from using Streamflow. This includes, but is not limited to:
Accessing the Streamflow platform
Conducting any transactions
Participating in any services offered by Streamflow
